Ordering

How do I place an order?
Simply add your chosen products to the cart and proceed to checkout. Follow the steps to complete your order securely.

Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
Yes, as long as your order has not yet been shipped. Please contact us as quickly as possible at sales@tabletennisstore.eu.


Shipping & Delivery

When will my order be shipped?
Orders containing only in-stock items are usually shipped within 1–2 business days.
If an item is out of stock, we ship your order once all items are available.

Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship to many countries. Shipping costs and delivery times vary by location and will be shown at checkout.

How can I track my order?
Once your order has shipped, you will automatically receive a Track & Trace link from our shipping partner.


Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy?
You can return your order within 30 days of receiving it. Items must be unused and in original condition. Return shipping costs are paid by the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.

How do I start a return?
