Description
Yasaka Rakza 7 Soft - softer feel and enhanced control for spin-based offense
Yasaka Rakza 7 Soft is one of the most popular rubbers in the Rakza family, using a high percentage of natural rubber gum in the topsheet. This significantly improves grip and spin potential. The topsheet is combined with the Power Sponge, working together in perfect synergy to create the Hybrid Energy rubber.
In Rakza 7 Soft, the topsheet is identical to Rakza 7, while the sponge is softer. This results in more sound and a noticeable built-in speed glue effect, giving the rubber a lively and dynamic feel.
Control characteristics are further improved with Rakza 7 Soft. After topspin strokes, the ball trajectory is slightly higher, providing larger margins during rallies. In the short game and return play, the ball feeling is softer and more controlled.
Why choose Yasaka Rakza 7 Soft?
- Same grippy topsheet as Rakza 7 with high natural rubber content
- Softer Power Sponge for improved control and feel
- Built-in speed glue effect with lively response
- Higher arc on topspin strokes for increased safety
- Excellent touch and feedback in short returns
Playing feel & playing style
Rakza 7 Soft offers a softer, more forgiving playing feel with excellent spin and control. It is ideal for offensive players who rely on topspin but prefer more control, comfort and margin in their game, both close to the table and from mid-distance.

Materials & Care
The grip of the surface is a key factor for maintaining top performance. After each training session, clean it with a rubber cleaner and cleaning sponge to preserve its tackiness. Always use a protective film afterwards to prevent dust and oxidation, ensuring maximum grip for your next match.
